I like long walks on the beach with an espresso martini in each hand. I’m really into anything gymnastics-based and enjoy working on skills, even when it takes way longer than expected. I like helping people get better at things they didn’t think they could do, whether that’s their first pull-up or just moving with more confidence. I try to keep things fun but still productive, and I’m big on showing up consistently and putting in the work.
My turning point was realizing progress doesn’t come from one big moment, but from showing up consistently and putting in the work, even on the days you don’t feel like it. CrossFit taught me patience, discipline, and how much the right environment and people around you matter. That mindset is what pushed me to keep training, keep learning, and eventually step into coaching.
Honestly, I just like seeing people get better. Whether that’s hitting a first rep, moving better, or feeling more confident in the gym. I like helping create an environment where people can work hard, laugh a little, and keep coming back. If people leave class feeling good, that’s a win.
