About Coach

I coach CrossFit because I believe in building physically and mentally strong athletes. With almost fifteen years of CrossFit experience, my coaching style is supportive, intentional, and empowering. Whether you’re brand new or highly experienced, my goal is to meet you where you are, challenge you appropriately, and show you that you’re capable of more than you think!

Turning Point

My turning point in fitness came at the end of an unhealthy relationship, when I decided to turn my focus inward and choose myself. Through CrossFit and its community, I was able to rebuild my self-confidence and rediscover my worth. I became empowered by what my body was capable of—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Fitness helped me value myself again. Today, that experience drives how I coach. I want to help others recognize the strength and beauty I see in them, and more importantly, help them see it, believe it, and carry it with them beyond the gym.
